We had another productive meeting with SEC staff. We’re still going to hold off on launching until we get further clarity in our discussions with the Crypto Unit. We feel that’s the best way forward for the community. We will continue to update you as we know more.

Zenecca, founder of ZenAcademy and The333Club, hosted Impact Theory’s Tom Bilyeu on a Twitter Spaces where they delved into the hot topic of AI, how the blockchain space will impact entertainment, the importance of community and their latest partnership together. Unlocking the Potential of NFTs, AI and Communities in Entertainment
Zeneca and Tom explored how NFTs can enable fully personalized experiences for users based on what’s in their wallets, which can then be further enhanced by AI to create a truly immersive entertainment experience like no other. Coupling this technology with a focus on building a strong and engaged community will ensure a lasting impact with both the brand and experience, which can fully leverage the intellectual property being built. Tom shared his vision for creating the next Disney by creating a hub in Project Kyzen that houses all of Impact Theory’s IP, allowing for the community to continually engage with the IP in a new way as they can continually receive new additions both inside and outside of Project Kyzen, extending the interaction beyond the computer and leveraging digital assets in the real world.
